Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Marsa app, operated by Marsa Marketplace W.L.L in Bahrain. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

You must be 18 or older and provide a valid Bahrain mobile number. Marsa is a marketplace: we connect you with independent seafood vendors. Vendors are responsible for the quality and freshness of their catch; we hold them to reliability standards and act on issues you report.

Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and include a service fee. Marsa Plus members get free delivery on orders over BHD 5; otherwise a delivery fee applies and is shown before you pay. You can pay by Benefit Pay, card, or cash on delivery where offered. An order is confirmed once the vendor accepts it.

You may cancel before a vendor starts preparing your order. If something is wrong with your catch, report it from Help & support — approved refunds and credits land in your Marsa wallet. Because seafood is perishable, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Marsa Plus is an optional subscription that gives free delivery on orders over BHD 5 and other perks. It renews monthly until you cancel it from Account → Marsa Plus.

Keep your account details accurate and your device secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, or from our account deletion page.
